One Brand, Four Cities: How Sprint Ran the Same Corner Playbook Across Florida

September 23, 2026

Wireless retail is the most competitive strip of real estate in America. Four carriers, a dozen prepaid brands, and every one of them in the same plaza, selling the same phone, six doors apart. In that fight the store that wins the month is rarely the one with the best plan. It's the one a driver notices first.

Sprint understood that, and ran it at scale. Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Melbourne, West Palm Beach — same yellow arrow, same playbook, a Spinja on the corner at every store. This is what a national account looks like when it's run properly, and there's a lesson in it for anyone with more than one location.

Consistent presence

The first thing Sprint got right was the message. Every arrow carried the brand, one offer and a direction: "Switch to Sprint and Save," "Fall into savings today," "Come on in." A driver who saw the Deerfield corner on Tuesday and the Fort Lauderdale corner on Saturday saw the same campaign. That repetition is what turns a glance into recall. Four stores spinning four different messages would have been four small campaigns. Four stores spinning one message was a brand.

Local execution

The second thing they got right was letting each corner be its own corner. A six-lane road in Fort Lauderdale with a median and a long approach wants the Spinja well ahead of the plaza entrance so drivers can move over. A suburban strip in Melbourne with a right-in, right-out wants them at the driveway. West Palm's store sat under a covered walkway, so the spinner worked the sidewalk edge where the sign cleared the roofline. Same arrow, different physics.

That's the part multi-location operators get wrong most often. They either centralize everything and put the same feather flag in the same spot at every store regardless of the road, or they let each manager improvise and end up with six versions of the brand. Sprint did neither: headquarters owned the message, the corner owned the placement.

Why wireless keeps coming back to the corner

We've spun for MetroPCS, Cricket, T-Mobile, Verizon and Xfinity in addition to Sprint, and the reason is structural. Phone deals change monthly. A printed sign is stale before it's dry. A Spinja carries this month's offer, stands where the plaza's shared monument sign can't help you, and — the part carriers love — can stand within sight of the competitor's door. Attention-grabbing, mobile, and pointed at your entrance instead of theirs.

The multi-location playbook

One brand, four cities, one playbook. It works for wireless. It works for urgent care chains, furniture, storage, apartments — any business where the customer is deciding from the driver's seat and you have more than one door to point at.

We run multi-location campaigns across Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Palm Beach and the Space Coast, with the same crews, the same standard and one point of contact.
