Every retailer knows the fourth quarter is where the year gets made. Fewer of them plan for the part that actually decides it: the six or seven weekends between mid-October and Christmas Eve when the road out front is carrying more shoppers than it will all year, most of them driving past your plaza on the way to somewhere else.
The stores that win those weekends aren't the ones with the deepest discount. They're the ones a driver notices while the decision is still open. That's a road problem before it's a merchandising problem, and it gets solved in October.
The calendar nobody tells you about
Holiday traffic doesn't arrive on Black Friday. It ramps. Mid-October is gift-list season and the first weekend the mall parking lots feel different. Early November is when the jewelers and the electronics stores go loud. Then the long stretch from Thanksgiving to Christmas Eve, where every Saturday is a Black Friday and the last one is the biggest day of the year.
Our fall calendar fills in that same order. The retailer who books in September or early October gets the corner on the weekends that matter. The one who calls in the third week of November gets what's left, which is usually the Tuesdays.

Who's already on the corner
Pandora is the cleanest example. A jewelry brand inside a plaza is invisible from the road: the storefront is small, the monument sign lists eleven tenants and the shopper has already decided to go somewhere else by the time they're close enough to read it. A Spinja™ at the entrance with the Pandora arrow turns the plaza into a Pandora destination for every car that passes. Independent jewelers run the same play in December, when a "Jewelry & Diamonds Sale" arrow at the road does more than the ad in the paper ever did.
Discount retail is the other end of the spectrum and it works just as well. Cheapo's Depot opened in Miami with a crew of Spinjas out front and a grand-opening sale, and the lot filled with people who had never heard of the store an hour earlier. Golf shops, party stores, furniture, anyone with a holiday sale and a road out front: the mechanics are identical.

Why the corner beats the coupon in Q4
- Every competitor is advertising. Inboxes, feeds and mailboxes are saturated from November on. The one channel that isn't crowded is the intersection in front of your store.
- Shoppers are already in the car. A holiday shopper is out, has a budget, and is deciding between stops. That's the only moment a sign can change where they park.
- The message changes every week. Early-bird sale, doorbusters, last-minute gifts, extended hours. A Spinja™ carries whatever this weekend's offer is. A printed banner carries October's.
- It's bookable by the day. Run the Saturdays and Sundays that matter, add the Monday before Christmas, skip the weeks that don't. Nobody sells a billboard that way.

How to book it
Send us the dates you care about and the offer for each one. We'll walk the corner, tell you where the Spinja™ should stand for your road, and hold the weekends. Signs are produced to your brand, so a Pandora arrow looks like Pandora and a clearance arrow looks like a clearance.
We run holiday retail campaigns across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa Bay, Orlando and Fort Myers & Naples.
